PingMeMeds is a medicine reminder app for Android, published by Appswalaa (Sunil Tandon). This policy explains what the app handles and where it is kept.

The short version
PingMeMeds has no account, no sign-in and no server of its own. It works without the internet. The people, medicines, doses and health readings you enter are stored only on your phone. We cannot see them, and nothing is uploaded anywhere.
There is no advertising, no analytics and no crash reporting service in the app.
What stays on your phone

Uninstalling the app deletes all of this from the phone.
Backups and reports
When you choose Back up to a file, the app writes one file to a place you pick (for example your phone's storage or a cloud folder you choose). That file is yours; we never receive it. Restore from a file reads a backup you pick.
When you create a doctor report, the app draws a PDF on your phone and hands it to the app you choose to share it with (for example WhatsApp or email). What happens after that is between you and that app.
Early access sign-up (website)
This section is about the website, not the app. If you join early access on this website, we keep the email address you enter, which app it is for and the date. We use it only to add you as a tester on Google Play and to tell you when the app is ready, and we share it only with Google Play when we add you to the tester list. It is stored with Cloudflare, our web host. We delete the list once the app is public, or straight away if you write to support@appswalaa.com.
Purchases
PingMeMeds Pro is bought through Google Play. Google handles the payment and tells the app whether Pro is active. We do not see your card, UPI or other payment details. Google's privacy policy applies to the purchase.

If you turn on App lock, your phone's own fingerprint, face or screen lock does the checking. The app never receives your fingerprint or face data.
The app does not ask for your location, contacts, camera, microphone, photos or call logs.
Children
PingMeMeds is not directed at children. A parent can use it to manage a child's medicines on their own phone.
Medical disclaimer
PingMeMeds helps you remember your medicines. It does not give medical advice, diagnose or treat any condition, and it does not check doses or interactions. Always follow your doctor's or pharmacist's instructions.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the new version is published at this address with a new date. If a change affects how your data is handled, the app will say so before it takes effect.
